There are strict requirements on the width and thickness of raw material medical sliver. If the sliver with poor size is input into the sliver making machine, it will cause cotton blockage or vacancy. In order to ensure the normal work of the sliver making machine, special special sliver should be used. 2. Bamboo sticks for making cotton swabs inevitably have bending or flat residuals, which will make the machine work unstable if they are put into the existing cotton swabs making machine, such as causing machine jam and other problems. The existing machine has no function of eliminating residuals. 3. The adhesion between the cotton head and the bamboo stick on the cotton stick made by the existing cotton swab making machine is not enough, which easily causes the problem that the cotton head falls off from the bamboo stick. 4. The size of the cotton head of the existing cotton swab making machine can not be adjusted.
